Responsible for all corporate affairs, chairs the Board of Director meetings, and supervises the other officers. In addition provides guidance to the Artistic Director.

The COMMUNITY OUTREACH committee works at finding outreach projects in the community for the chorus participation. Responsibilities might include coordinating collaboration performances, finding youth engagement opportunities, planning chorus participation in local arts-focused events, and planning volunteer opportunities for chorus members in the community.
The PERFORMANCES committee is focused on finding planning and execution of chorus performances. Their responsibilities include booking performances, venue coordination, managing stage layouts and set up, overseeing recording logistics, finding ushers, and coordinating singers’ movements on and off the risers.
Responsible for financial records and reporting. Also provides oversight and guidance to: The TECHNOLOGY committee focuses on the technical needs of the chorus. They work on implementing new technologies such as choir management or marketing automation software, developing the website, advising on technical needs, and helping members work through any technical issues in regards to the chorus’s various online resources.
The Secretary is responsible for maintaining all coporate records including bylaws, board and committee meeting minutes, duly executed documents such as contracts and be the point of contact for receipt and distribution of official correspondence.
The Secretary also assits the Membership Secretary in seeing that chorus membership records are kept complete and accurate.
Provide direction to and serve as Board contact point for the Fundraising & Development Commitee. The FUNDRAISING & DEVELOPMENT committee is responsible for planning fundraising events, soliciting donations, sending gift receipts for donations, developing corporate sponsorships, managing the donor database, and applying for grants.
Provide guidance to and serve as point of contact with the Board for the Marketing & Promotion Commitee. The MARKETING & PROMOTIONS committee works in many areas of the chorus such as managing the website, monitoring and engaging with social channels, developing the chorus’s brand, hiring photographers and videographers, housing the design library, promoting concerts in local events calendars, designing posters and programs, distributing print and online materials, managing email marketing, working with media and local organizations, creating content and so much more!
