Artistic Director & Youth Chorus Director - Erin Deskin is an educator and musician with over 25 years of experience performing in choirs! A former musical director of Chordially Yours A Cappella group in Boston, she has been a member in choirs from Denver, CO to Seoul, South Korea. When she isn’t feeding her love of music, Erin is a high school science and math teacher in Kona and has lived on the Big Island for 10 years.

Assistant Artistic Director - Taylor Deskin

Music Director & Accompanist - Dale Ross has played piano as long as she can remember.  She is active in the Aloha Theater's musical productions and is the piano accompanist for the Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity Church choir.  As lifelong residents of the Big Island, both Dale and her husband Ken are retired Kona attorneys and they have three adult children who are pursuing their dreams.
